Grau General Contracting provides general contracting and
consulting services for the Middle Tennessee area including
Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Belle Meade, and Columbia.  We
are registered as a Tier I and a Tier II  contractor for Davidson
County as well as being registered with the State of Tennessee.  
GGC is licensed and bonded and a member of the Better
Business Bureau and we have been in business since 1999.

Gary Grau, founder of Grau General Contracting, LLC has always
had a passion for historic structures and bringing construction
techniques of the past and future together.  He has surrounded
himself with a team of skilled craftsmen who have a unique range
of experience and who also appreciate the opportunity to help
preserve Tennessee's historic structures and build and or repair
new structures using time honored construction techniques.  

We have performed numerous historic restoration projects for
Metro as well as many individuals.  Some of our historic projects in
Nashville, Davidson County have included work on The Hermitage,
Historic Hodge House, Sevier Park stone building, Historic Croft
House, Nashville City Cemetery, Historic Morgan House, Pruitt
Library, Two Rivers Mansion and Brentwood Hall.  Other projects
include turnkey construction on custom timber frame homes,
residential remodel and log cabin erection and repair.  We also
have vintage and reclaimed materials for sale including flooring,
logs, vintage timbers, sassafras timber, tongue and groove
paneling, mantles, doors, rock and limestone. We have sources for
other materials as well and will be happy to try to locate materials
for you.
